We are a small business located on a property with a deep well in Halfmoon Bay. Suncoast have worked alongside us over the years to ensure we continually have good, safe drinking water. They began helping us by installing a tank to reduce arsenic levels to meet new government guidelines. As well as arsenic, we have relatively higher than normal levels of hydrogen sulphide and alkaline that affect the arsenic equipment. Ongoing additional testing and equipment installation has allowed us to consistently balance all these challenges to maintain safe levels. As well as this, our 25-year-old well pump broke down 180 feet under the ground with no notice! Shaun, Alex and the team responded to this emergency urgently to ensure we had the minimum disruption with no water.
