I wanted to let you know how much we have appreciated Alex coming and looking at our pump, and far from telling us we would need a brand new pump installed, he said our existing pump was working just fine. The only reason it was quitting from time to time was because we were drawing down the water; using so much water means that the pump has to periodically stop and wait for the well to fill up again! We are grateful him for finding this happy solution for us. Just great!!
